At Palm View Dental Alhambra, we are true believers in straight healthy teeth. A confident healthy smile can elevate a person in all facets of life. The benefits of straight teeth go beyond simply improving their periodontal (gum) health and the longevity of their dentition. We have seen many clients improve their confidence and outlook, aced their job interviews, and got married after achieving the smile of their dreams. Dr. Karen Ho was one of the first few general dentists in San Gabriel Valley to be certified with Invisalign and with her 15-plus years of Invisalign experience and expertise, she was bestowed the Fellowship award in June 2021 by the American Academy of Clear Aligners. This award was only given to 25 general dentists in North America. Dr. Karen Ho's passion is achieving overall health through functionally balanced occlusion for all our clients.

Meet Our Dentists

Karen Ho, DDS - General & Cosmetic Dentist

Dr. Karen Ho Alhambra Dentist received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UCLA, School of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Ho chose to hone her clinical skills with advanced training by completing a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center. Upon completion of training, Dr. Ho founded Palm View Dental Alhambra in 2006 while also teaching as a part-time clinical faculty at her alma mater, UCLA School of Dentistry.

Samuel Lee, DMD - General & Cosmetic Dentist

Raised in neighboring Arcadia, Dr. Samuel Lee began shadowing and volunteering in a local dental office as early as the tenth grade. He went on to complete his undergraduate studies at UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) with a BS degree in Biochemistry.

Leshin Chen, DDS - Periodontist

Dr. Chen graduated magna cum laude from UCLA with a degree in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics. He then continued his education at UCLA School of Dentistry, where he graduated cum laude with his dental degree. He then completed an additional three-year residency in Post Graduate Periodontics and Dental Implant Surgery at UCLA School of Dentistry.
