Cathy is our insurance specialist who joined our team in 2015. She is our patient advocate when it comes to coordinating with dental insurance companies. Cathy continues to gain experience in this field in order to best inform you of your finances, insurance benefits, and treatment plan. With 7 years of customer service experience before joining our team, she is willing to go above and beyond to make your experience at Palm View Dental an amazing one.
In her free time, she likes to listen to metal, play the piano, draw, and make costumes from her favorite Anime, Manga, and video games.
Cathy can also speak Cantonese and knows basic Japanese and Spanish.
